Janay Nachel Frazier is an established Senior Designer with over 8 years of experience across non-profit, art direction and design, creative marketing services and design production in the publishing industry. She is also an adjunct professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art where she teaches design instruction in Typography and layout.

​

Some of her proudest moments have been designing the cover for Out There Screaming edited by Jordan Peele and the New York Times bestseller Humanity Archive by Jermaine Fowler. She has designed covers and interior layouts for various publishing houses such as Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, W.W. Norton, and more.

Janay has created over 2,000 digital and print designed collateral for award-winning and New York Times Bestselling authors from Riverhead and Viking.

 

Janay was born and raised in Rockaway Beach, NY. She currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
